Hi, I just made my first payment through CareOne.  I looked at my records, and Chase received the payment, however Citibank did not register the payment and put my account as "past due." I'm not sure what steps I should take to try to correct this, if there are any I can take at all. Should I contact them again and remind them that I am working with CareOne to pay down my debt?
