Free Airport Wifi for the holidays

Got plans to head home for the holiday season? Here’s some good news: you won’t need to pay anything for wi-fi access during those inevitably long layovers.
 
Google announced Tuesday that they’ll pick up the tab on airport-based internet usage in 47 different American airports between now and January 15, 2010. Basically every major American airport is covered under the plan.
 

This should be especially good news to procrastinating students who will have major assignments due the day after Thanksgiving break. Now, even if you get stuck in Chicago-O’Hare waiting on a plane to get out of the Minnesota snow, you can get your work done without digging any deeper into your wallet.
