Quick Tip - Back to School Savings Account |
You know your kids will return to school every September at least through high school, so why wait until two weeks before classes start to begin planning. Set aside a certain amount of money each week in a "back to school" fund - just $10 per week would give you $520 when the school buying season arrives. The point of this Pointer - back to school shopping isn't an unexpected expense. Plan for its arrival and you won't panic when it's upon you. |

Ask the Expert
I joined CareOne a month ago to get my finances back on track. I fell behind when I had to have some major work done on my vehicle and things just snowballed. I needed to get the repairs done so I had transportation to work. Most of my creditors have accepted CareOne's proposals but there are two that are still in progress. Do creditors usually accept proposals from CareOne?
