How can I view the documents that were emailed to me?
To view documents you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at the link below. When you are printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader, please ensure that the "Print as Image option" IS selected and the "Fit to Page" option IS NOT selected. If you do not set these options, your document may be unreadable when printed. The Adobe Reader web site is: http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html

How do I view my statements?
You can view your current and past statements online by logging in and selecting My CareOne from the main menu. On the My CareOne site, select My Program from the main menu and then Program Statements on the left-hand menu. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents.
If you are enrolled in the Debt Management Plan, it is important to remember that you will continue to receive statements from creditors so that you may track your progress.

To log in and view your debt management program information, the Social Security Number and date of birth must both match the program you are trying to access.

Why should I set the time zone in my Community Profile?
When you set your time zone, The Community displays all dates and times relative to your time zone. So if you're in New York, for example, you'll be able to see what time – in your time – other members have posted, no matter where they are posting from.
