When will my creditors receive my payment?
If you are enrolled in the Debt Management Plan, payments will be disbursed to your creditors within 3-5 days after your payment due date. Most creditors will post these payments within 3-5 days of that, so in general, most payments should post within 7-10 days after your payment due date.
If you are enrolled in a Settlement Plan, your creditors will only receive payments from your protected escrow account once they have accepted a settlement offer. These funds can either be paid in a lump sum or as a payment plan, depending on what is negotiated with your particular creditor.
