When is my payment due?
When you enroll in either the Debt Management Plan or the Settlement Plan, you should pick the payment date that works best for you. You may choose any day from the 1st to the 28th of every month. You must choose your first payment date to be made within 30 days of enrollment. The day you pick will be the day of each month by which your payment should be made. For most people (who enroll with EasyPay), this will be the day of the month that their Plan payment is drafted from their checking account.
