When I view a discussion, why don't I see any topics/posts?

A discussion may not display any topics if there are no topics in the discussion, or if filters on the discussion have been applied and no topics match the filter. An example of a filter is filtering to display topics newer than a certain date, such as topics new in the past 2 weeks.

I just posted a message, why don't I see it?

Some boards in The Community may be moderated. After you post a message in a moderated board, you may receive a message stating that the post is awaiting moderation. Once the moderator(s) approve your post your post will become visible. The moderators may choose to move, edit, or delete your post to ensure that the post is appropriate to the current board.

How do I post a new message to a discussion?

When you view a discussion, you should see a Write a New Post button. This will open a text area for you to type your new message. When you are finished, click the Post button at the bottom of the page.

How can I view the documents that were emailed to me?

To view documents you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader at the link below. When you are printing from Adobe Acrobat Reader, please ensure that the "Print as Image option" IS selected and the "Fit to Page" option IS NOT selected. Can I sort topics when viewing a board?

Yes, you can sort topics by Author, Replies, Views, and Last Post. The "default sort" for a board displays the newest topics first. To sort, simply click on More Options at the bottom of the screen, select the way you'd like to sort topics, and click "Apply".
