- Estimates of your monthly expenses and income to help you build a budget.
- Your bank account information if you wish to take advantage of our EasyPay system (recommended).

What can I access with my member log-in?
Your user name and password allow you to continue your saved enrollment and give you access to My CareOne. My CareOne is for everyone, whether you're on a program or simply serious about financial fitness. It's packed with valuable money-saving tips, a message inbox for important news from CareOne, tools to help you track your goals, and more. If you're enrolled in a program, you can get at-a-glance progress updates and secure access to your program information - whenever you need it.
Also in My CareOne, you'll have access to our online community - a great place to connect with other people who are interested in learning about financial fitness. You'll have a chance to share your experiences, ask our experts for advice, and more.

I made my first payment for MBS. When will I receive information regarding my benefits?
It usually takes about three weeks after your first payment to get your benefits package. If you still have not received your package after three weeks, please call our MBS Client Services Department at 1-800-313-6620.

Can my creditors take legal action against me while I am enrolled in a debt management plan?
Your creditors have the right to take you to court even if you are enrolled in a debt management plan (DMP). Contact us immediately if this happens. If you do have to go to court, your payment history on the DMP can serve as evidence of your good faith effort to repay your debt.

How do I view my statements?
You can view your current and past statements online by logging in and selecting My CareOne from the main menu. On the My CareOne site, select My Program from the main menu and then Program Statements on the left-hand menu. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents.
If you are enrolled in the Debt Management Plan, it is important to remember that you will continue to receive statements from creditors so that you may track your progress.
