What if I don’t want my name displayed in the member lists for The CareOne Community?

You can set the option in your profile and your name will not appear in any member listings, including the listing of who is online. You will be noted as “anonymous”.

What can I access with my member log-in?

Your user name and password allow you to continue your saved enrollment and give you access to My CareOne. My CareOne is for everyone, whether you're on a program or simply serious about financial fitness. It's packed with valuable money-saving tips, a message inbox for important news from CareOne, tools to help you track your goals, and more. If you're enrolled in a program, you can get at-a-glance progress updates and secure access to your program information - whenever you need it.

Also in My CareOne, you'll have access to our online community - a great place to connect with other people who are interested in learning about financial fitness. You'll have a chance to share your experiences, ask our experts for advice, and more.

Why can't I log in?

It could mean that either your user name and password combination does not match what we have on file, or the user name is not found.

  1. If you are a new user and have not created a user name and password yet, click on the New User link at the top of any page on the site, or click Create a User Log-In on the Member Log-In page, and complete the form. We'll ask you to choose a user name and a password and enter your e-mail address.
  2. If you can't remember your user name, click Forgot your user name? on the Member Log-In page to have it e-mailed to you.
  3. If you can't remember your password, then click Forgot your password? on the Member Log-In page to have it reset. If none of these options work for you, please call us, e-mail us, or have us call you.

How do I create a profile for My CareOne?

If you have a CareOne user name and password, you automatically have access to My CareOne. If you don't, you can create an account for My CareOne by clicking on the New User link at the top of any page on the site, or the Create a User Log-In on the Member Log-In page. We'll ask you to choose a user name and password and enter your e-mail address.
