We ask you to log in to The Community before you post or e-mail other users to protect the privacy of other Community members who have shared their information and to ensure members do not receive unwanted or unsolicited e-mail.

Why do I get the error "The e-mail address that you entered is already in use. Please enter a different e-mail address."?
You are attempting to create username with an email address we already have on file. This means you already have a username with us. If you have forgotten this username and/or password, go back to the Member Login page (you can use the link in the top right of the page) and click on Forgot Username or Forgot Password.

Why can't I log in?
It could mean that either your user name and password combination does not match what we have on file, or the user name is not found.
- If you are a new user and have not created a user name and password yet, click on the New User link at the top of any page on the site, or click Create a User Log-In on the Member Log-In page, and complete the form. We'll ask you to choose a user name and a password and enter your e-mail address.
- If you can't remember your user name, click Forgot your user name? on the Member Log-In page to have it e-mailed to you.
- If you can't remember your password, then click Forgot your password? on the Member Log-In page to have it reset. If none of these options work for you, please call us, e-mail us, or have us call you.

To log in and view your debt management program information, the Social Security Number and date of birth must both match the program you are trying to access.
If you have entered these things properly and you still can't access your program information, e-mail us, call us, or have us call you. (Link to Still Can't Find It? in the main site if the user is in main site Help, or Still Can't Find It? in My CareOne if the user is in My CareOne Help)

How do I set the date format for the Community?
Once you log in to My CareOne, you can set the date format you prefer in your Community Profile, under My Profile.
