Log in to My CareOne and visit the My Profile section, then select Change Password. We'll ask you to confirm your existing password, then enter a new one. It's a good idea to choose a password that no one else will know. We'll also ask you to choose a security question.

How do I create a profile for My CareOne?
If you have a CareOne user name and password, you automatically have access to My CareOne. If you don't, you can create an account for My CareOne by clicking on the New User link at the top of any page on the site, or the Create a User Log-In on the Member Log-In page. We'll ask you to choose a user name and password and enter your e-mail address.

How do I continue enrollment?
Your online application is automatically saved each time you submit changes. As long as you have set up a user name and password, you will be able to continue your enrollment. To continue, simply:
- Click on the "CONTINUE SAVED ENROLLMENT" link on the home page.
- Enter your user name and password.
- You will be shown a summary of the information you have entered thus far.
- Click the
button to pick up where you left off.
